On 9-1-07, I launched the new website design and layout for the Tessie Santiago Fansite. I also have changed the website URL from www.phandom.com to www.tessiesantiagofansite.com. It took me a while to have all the pieces of information in place, but I believe it was worth the effort. Let me know what you think.
